Wash N Go Carwash

I had originally called to ask questions about my eligibility having a ski rack in the winter and a roof tent in the summer since I want a membership, and over the phone the guy was very kind and helpful. He suggested I come in and talk to the lady that works there, and when I found her she answered all my questions, and was super helpful as well! I've had issues in the past with car washes and fingers crossed this one is what I need . Isayara was the best! Super sweet and polite. Thanks for your help!

Absolutely hands down the best car wash I have ever been to. I have the monthly membership and just drive right through, it’s unlimited which feels crazy to me, so convenient. The staff is incredible, so nice and attentive. This place rocks.

Do NOT sign up for their membership! They will not cancel even after multiple attempts to contact someone. I spoke to the guy at the car wash and said he can’t cancel accounts and that I need to call a number he gave me. I called and it’s just a recording telling me to go cancel on the website. I have submitted FOUR requests over a 2 week timeframe and have not heard from anyone at the company!! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB! This is unethical!!

Had previously left a bar review because of some issues I had with billing / cancellation process. Had a great phone conversation with the manager JD today and appreciated how he took accountability and rectified my problems. He earned the trust of a customer back which is hard to do! Taking ownership goes a long way. Will be returning as a customer sometime.

Eh. The tunnel did get my car clean, I'll give it that. But the self-service station was lacking compared to all the other choices around. I didn't see any sprays for cleaning the interior or the windows. There were only 2 (damp) 'clean' towels. I didn't see anywhere to clean the floormats, but the vacuum did a perfectly fine job at that, so no complaints. Others mentioned that the staff was really helpful - I didn't see any staff. Certainly no one was assisting anyone in the self-serve area.
