Do Not Use This Car Wash. I paid for the 12 dollar brushless wash and it damaged my paint. The jets are clearly set the pressure is to high there wasn't any paint missing on this car before the wash. Owner did nothing not even a refund

My car wasn’t very dirty. I was concerned about dust and a few bird droppings. I actually looked up the triple foam and ceramic coating so based on info purchased the $20 max wash. My camera recorded wash. Not triple foam, was 2 so possibly the reason entire wash only removed the dust. Not even windows r clean. I’ll add my video soon. No signage telling how much it will cost if you use a credit card. I sprayed my truck for about five minutes. When I was done the time was showing 25 minutes. No way to cancel the transaction.

I just selected the 20.00 wash thinking that maybe it would clean my car well. It wasn’t very dirty. I had it detailed a few weeks ago. Just some dirt, a few bugs and pollen. Missed the entire back, had to clean bugs off the mirrors and bumpers. I had to clean the back and front windows. At the other car wash in Colonial Heights I could inside and out cleaned for 29.00. I was in a hurry so I decided to try. Big mistake. A waste of 20.00.

This place took my money ($12) and didn’t give me a car wash. For 30 days I tried to contact the owner through all of the phone numbers I could find and never could get a hold of anybody. This is the closest car wash to my house and now I drive Much further to guarantee I won’t get ripped off Update: I have not used this car wash since this incident and have prohibited my family from using it as well. A new business built a much nicer car wash a few miles up the road that gives us five star treatment. So I guess this was a blessing in disguise. so thank you(?) WW for being so unprofessional (all I’ve ever heard is crickets from you) that I had to down the road to finer and brighter things.
