Washery System Car Wash

Purchased the $18 (top) package. When they were doing the preliminary quick spray before the start, I mentioned an oily spot at the bottom of the diver's door. Was told they don't do tar spots. When I exited the wash I went for gas and was able to wipe it completely off with the provided blue wipes for spilled gas or windshield water drips. So, Washery System not only had rude employees but their top carwash results were well below most others.

Card machine doesn’t work ever. No matter how many cards I try I can’t get it to work. Even ordered a new card and it won’t work here. Sucks cause this is a decent car wash considering bloom doesn’t really have any good ones. And the one by the railroad tracks isn’t an option fore cause I don’t use “soft touch”.

I used to love this car wash, and have came here for years. The soap, water pressure, brush, etc. is very good. The problem with this car wash is that for one, the machine that holds the drying cloths, always steals my money which is whatever; I just won't use it anymore. Another more recent issue is that the credit card machine, for car wash payment, will not work, no matter what I do. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks, and using cash is basically a scam at this place with how little time you get. I will not be returning unless this is fixed, because it's very frustrating. It really is a shame because I do like this place. Also, I will take down my negative review and write a positive one if they fix this. If not, it will stay.

Great car wash but should let people know the credit card is not really an option. I had some change and thought I could use my card to finish up. I tried multiple cards and multiple bays. I had to run over to the ATM and take money out which cost $4. The soap dried so I had to re wash the truck. Ended up costing me $10 and then the charge at the ATM.

I enjoyed going through the cash wash with the new LED lights but the vacuum hose doesn't sanction. I encourage owners to upgrade they're vacuum equipment. "ShinyShell car wash" Really set high standards where I'm from.
