I was lucky enough to have Jose clean my car! He did an excellent job. He was thorough, patient and paid attention to the small details that usually get missed. He was also kind and easy to talk to when I asked that he pay attention to a few things, which made the whole experience better. I really appreciated his care and the pride he put into his work. Highly recommend asking for him. Great customer service and five stars all the way. I’ll be back because of him!

Title: Charged $160+ for a car I don't own. Impossible to get a refund. Do yourself a huge favor and drive right past Car Wash Guys in McKinney. Their business model relies on trapping you in subscriptions you can't cancel. The Situation: I bought a new vehicle and transferred my business to it. I spoke directly with an attendant, Jose, to cancel the membership on my old vehicle. He assured me it was taken care of. The Reality: Jose did nothing. For four months, I continued to be billed $39.99 for the old car on top of the billing for my new car. I was paying for a membership on a vehicle I didn't even own anymore. The "Customer Service": There isn't any. You literally cannot call them. They hide behind a digital portal where complaints go to die. I've been waiting over a week for response

The wash was okay car looked cleaner, but a few spots were missed. Service was average and not particularly quick; good for a basic clean, but not for detailing.

Canary and margarita - I got the full $450 detail & they did an amazing job on my car! It looks brand new and is a 2018. I needed a detail VERY bad. They buffed out scratches I didn’t think could even come out. AMAZING 10/10 - would come back again. Came on a Monday when less busy too and just an overall great experience. They listened to what concerns I had too. Worth it!!! And I wouldn’t just say that!

The staff here is amazing, especially Margarita! Her friendliness and smile makes you feel very welcomed every single visit. The quality of care for a customer’s vehicle has been A-1 which is why I have been a customer for over 3 years of WashGuys. Keep up the good work!
