Good experience coming here. I understand some of the feedback about pricing, and there was a bit of residue left on my car afterward, but given the recent harsh weather conditions. Snow and freezing temperatures can make it tough for any wash to deliver perfect results. The location is clean, organized, and easy to use, and the quality feels higher than many other places I’ve tried. I appreciate the effort here. Also shout out to Arian and Dane for going the extra mile and power washing my floor mats that were too big for the machine to wash.

My appreciation for the excellent job which the young man named Fredy did for me today! He was very considerate to change my tire which unexpectedly went flat while I was vacuuming out my car! If Washatopia has an "Employee Of The Month Award", I would certainly recommend that he receives it

Does not do a good job cleaning many areas of my cars and trucks. All this flash and modern look and it still don't clean the vehicle. $30 for this. Time for the hand car washes to come back.

I paid for the $25 wash and had to hand wipe all of the water spots off of my car. I was also disappointed in the amount of dirt and bug residue remained on my car. I’m just attached a few photos as an example. Additionally, the automatic shut off for the vacuum is frustrating when you are crawling around in your car trying to vacuum car seats. I did appreciate the windshield cleaner and towels at no additional cost.

$15 for basic wash. The guy directing traffic was glaring at people and yelling, seemed to really hate working here. I get in the middle of the wash and the entire place shuts down?! That's crazy, it took a min to start back up. The free vacuums would be cool if there was even one spot open. Wash and roll is only $10, the guys take the time to physically clean your windshield and lights, the place is way less chaotic and oh yea... It actually STAYS RUNNING THE ENTIRE TIME LOL.
