Washville Car Wash

I love this car wash and I have the monthly membership and come quit often. With that being said, the woman, Luiz, is terribly rude. Every time I’ve come, she makes me feel like I’m a bother to be on the line. Well today took the cake! There was one line that wasn’t working and there was no pole or sanction that blocked you from entering that line, so after waiting , as you get to the front, it is blocked off and you have to try to merge into the middle lane. If you’re not familiar with this car washed, it is always busy and the lines are long . Merging is difficult. So I asked her why it was blocked off and she rudely said “bc it’s not working, that’s why.” And I said but if you put the sanction at the beginning of the entrance, we don’t have to merge and get hit ( the car that let me me

I used to love this location. But sadly staff changes have not always been for the better. Today I drove through 2x and no tire shine applied?? That's something I've always had. Is there something wrong with it? My only other issue is that I understand you guys get busy but putting our cars so close together to each other can create issues at the end when we go to exit. Some people dont move because they exit & just stay put to wait for a spot for the guys to dry their car & meanwhile other people still need to safely exit. I've come close to almost hitting someone & almost being hit. So please use caution.

I wish I could give zero stars. After just getting a brand new truck, I went through this washville and my truck came out with scratches on each side. Frustrated, I filed a claim which just got DENIED. I will be cancelling my membership after this extremely poor service . I would have respected the company more if they owned up to the damage and apologized. My car is not a beaten up truck . It just left the dealership a week ago. Now I will have to spend my money to fix the damage that this facility caused. Based off of other reviews, I can say I am not the only customer who has experience damaged here.

I LOVE GETTING TAILED WHILE EXITING THE CAR WASH AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF ITS SERVICES AS A PAYING MEMBER 👍🤩 Been an active member since relocating to Long Island. Canceling my membership after I was told I couldn’t use the customer care center to spot treat my car after repeatedly going through and having visible bug splatter and stains still on my vehicle. Associate in the silver Chevrolet spark was very rude and would not acknowledge I was not getting the quality service I have been paying for. Go somewhere that will actually get your car clean. I was also followed by said person on exiting the car wash location ?! Please do better.

Excellent customer service got a very nice greeting My car was clean as a Whistle dried thoroughly Very favorable experience. Very busy car wash and I can see why, but doesn’t take long to get you in and out very and an Awesome job
