Wastler Auto Service and Tire Pros

If I could give zero stars would. I knew that mounting and balancing new tires I brought them does not make shops money. They tried to add on a couple hundred dollars to my bill. Claimed that my front brakes were not done correctly that a master mechanic did just a few months before visiting them with all new OEM parts from the dealership. They did not ask for approval to do the work and just did it and claimed they saved my life lol. Everything was super shady. My biggest concern is a tire shop messed with my front calipers a few months after getting that job done by a master mechanic I have known for 20 years with all factory OEM parts from the dealership and claimed they had the parts sitting around in the junk extra parts bin. I’m concerned what quality parts they put on my

So I thought I had found a service center for my car and for my motor coach… but while having an inspection done on my coach, I was told I needed wiper blades and a battery. Strange being as they just inspected it about 4 months earlier and it sat at home, but I had no choice. When I went to pick it up I was charged $98.00 per wiper blade plus labor!!! I said something to the lady that this was not right. She would not look at me or say anything to me, she just processed my credit card. That said a lot in itself. Never go back.

I have used this company in prior years and all I can say is amazing. I wanted to have new rim put in my truck and they gave me price I was comfortable with. Dropped the truck off and they called me only a few hours afterwards at an even better price. They took great care of my truck and made sure everything was in working order. I 100% recommend this place for any and all tire services. Great hospitality and great customer service.

I can not say enough about this business and it’s employees!!! They took me in at the last minute for an RV Inspection and were efficient and thorough! I felt very comfortable with the staff and when I called to check they were kind and happy to answer all of my questions. As a returning resident to Maryland after 8 years away I am so happy to find Wastler and I will use them for all my mechanical and tire needs in the future!!

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I've called a ton of places for an oil change on an f350 dually and no one business could accommodate my vehicle. Wastler was able to get me in and took care of my needs. I will be bringing my be back for future services.
