Water Star Motors

I've brought my vehicle (2017 domestic) here twice in the last 2 years, and both times were downright enjoyable - easy check-in process, easy pick-up process, and thorough work. Plus, their system sends appointment reminders and digital work order copies for reference & approval remotely. Eric & Stephanie are great to work with, and they even made sure to put in the high-grade blinker fluid that I requested.

Seemed professional and had clear communication, but they left my brake fluid cap off and just sitting in the engine bay. Only noticed it a few days later because I was checking something else and saw it sitting on top of a vent. Not sure if anything happened/will happen because of it but could have been bad if i didn’t check the engine bay. Another thing was they quoted me $3000 for a valve cover gasket replacement, but I did research and for my car it should cost about $450-$1000, however the cost for the inspection was reasonable.

These folks are the best. Super friendly, prompt service. They take the time to explain to you what the issues are in a way that's easy to understand and evaluate. We take the company car here, and I take my personal vehicle here too. Much more affordable than the Toyota dealership!

This was my first time getting service at Water Star, and I had a great experience. I wanted to get my engine cleaned because of mess left behind by rodents that we get where we live that try to nest in there. This is a service that not all shops offer. When I called, Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the service and gave me a quote that I found to be very fair. Then she sent me a link to an online system whereby you can approve the quote before arrival. I found that very convenient. When I arrived, the staff greeted me kindly and knew just what I was there for. I went to grab some breakfast, and in about an hour the service was complete! And the engine looked spotless! They also used a peppermint spray to help repel future rodent visitors. I am definitely pleased with the service I

This is an update to review. I left a few weeks ago. Geoff reached out to me and assured me he would make it right. He is very accommodating. So that had a positive effect on my view. Of their workshop. I will try another service with them in the future.
