Water U Doing

I need to know who I can contact about this car wash I was charged $18 to my CC on 2/2/26 but the car wash was not fully operating. The overheard LED lights were working, but the Drive, Stop, GO lights were not functioning. I need A Refund asap. This location usually works fine.

I’ve only use this car wash once I had drove from Ohio to here and I got the basic wash for $13 and it did wonders I can only imagine if I would have purchased the $18 wash. The water pressure was unbelievable. I will use probably on a once a week wash but I would love to see them get a monthly membership so I could go more often! 02-16-26 I have use this Carwash a few times and it’s been great but today I payed $18 dollars for a wash and it didn’t get the dirt off properly won’t be back

I have been to this car wash several times, and every time I am highly satisfied! Every time I converse with the owners they are friendly, kind, and extremely helpful! Amazing place to get your car washed!

Great car wash! Quick, efficient, and does a thorough job. My car came out clean and spot-free. Definitely a convenient option for a hassle-free wash!

We came here because I wanted to do something nice for my mom. I'm giving this place a one star review because some random man (who may possibly be the owner/operator he never introduced himself) kept hovering around the line and approaching customers telling what to do and he was so rude to my mom if we had been able to leave we would have. We understood that there were people behind us in line, however, that doesn't give some random person any reason to come tell us what to do while we were waiting in line. On top of that there was a noose-like handle hanging from the front of the car wash which I found incredibly unsettling.
