Water Works Car Wash- Annapolis

Huge lines. Long waits. Google info does not reflect live data. 'Less busy than usual' means you will be waiting 20 minutes at least. Looks like they are building another auto brushless wash bay with is good. Pleasant staff though and the self serve is cheap.

Used to be my fav wash in the zip code and recommended it to everyone, over the last two years the equipment has been not as great as it used to be, money machine miscounting almost Everytime, two self wash bays gone, and a very rude older gentleman that will bully you out of leaving a recommendation slip. I love the automatic wash but with the monthly subscription and only one bay the only time there’s not a 10 car line is midnight, which is even then will have a couple somehow. Just a shame watching my fav wash in highschool deteriorate without any support. Update, actually wrote that waiting in their egregious line for auto wash, for the card machine to not work with no employees here, got it to go through finally and hit the receipt button and the thing is out of paper, comical busine

I am a monthly member but for 2 weeks now can’t even get a car wash. I do understand that the weather has been very bad and cold but it’s either the lines are so long that you can’t even get into the parking area or the carwash it’s closed. It is 5 pm and we just stand by but the carwash is closed on sat. Why would I need a membership if I can’t even get in and wash my car when the weather is bad. Will have to reevaluate this.

I love this place!! Great washes for only $30 a month. Fred the manager here is great. He helped me out setting up my account and was very helpful. I highly recommend this car wash!!

Carlton is the bomb!!!! Carlton went above and beyond for me this morning!!! I was washing my car after the ice storm. I had a lot of ice on my roof, but I thought it was just snow and would easily come off but it didn't. Carlton was sweeping the parking lot and I asked him if I could use his broom to clean off the top of my car. He told me to pull forward (out of the bay) and he'd get a stepladder and brush it off for me. What an angel!!!!! He made me believe in customer service again and somebody who really takes pride in his work!! I will always support this car wash because of Carlton. Thanks so much Carlton- you made my day!😊
