Juan & Doug at Waterside are the absolute greatest. I have been dealing with a new rim and tire situation (gone wrong from another shop) and no matter how many times I pulled up into Waterside….Juan & Doug reassured me everything will be okay & they will fix the problems! They are patient and extremely kind, as well as knowledgeable. They truly care about their clientele, making sure they explain the process thoroughly, and finding the solution. I will be going back to them for any necessary car services moving forward indefinitely!
