I stopped in to use the vacuum. I had no change by a guy working there was nice enough to brake $1 for me.

I selected the $15 wash and it charged me $20. Drove my vehicle through and the water sprayed the undercarriage and immediately the dryers came on and told me to exit. Do not go here!

Because I paid $15 for a tiny bit of water sprayed onto my front bumper & then it wanted me to exit. I got NO CAR WASH AT ALL. I FINALLY saw the orange cone AFTER ID driven into the lane. I saw it in my rear view mirror. If the lane is malfunctioning, they need at least 2 cones & to have them out far enough for people to see them before they try driving into the lane. Now... HOW DO I GET MY OWED $15 REFUND?! There is no phone number & there is never anyone there to speak with. This just isn’t ok. I’m no longer interested in using their car wash unless they find a way to refund my money. Period. I’ll also be telling friends & family about this experience.

I paid $15 for a Deluxe Wash and Wax, and unfortunately, this is what I get. Neither the soap nor water were strong enough to remove the dirt from the surface. I'm better off washing my car at home...

Great people! Very detailed and 100% get the $20 with prep. They do a great job before you ever enter the bay.
