I have to tell you that Todd is all about Customer Service. He’s pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and jump through hoops for me to help with my BMW repair. Old-fashioned Customer Service, how wonderful it is. I look forward to doing much business with him. Hope this helps.

Nick and his staff are totally very, very captains and thorough when taking care of my car which was a definitely difficult project. They kept at until the job was completed. I am SO grateful for all they did to fix my car.. Nick said it was a great learning experience that he gained for future reference in the situation he ran across with dealing with mine.

I called many repair shops in the area asking about getting my sunroof repaired. Most places wouldn’t touch it. The GMC dealership was going to charge me over $700 just to diagnose and pull down the headliner before we even knew what the problem was. Not only did they get my sunroof closed, Todd was communicative with me the entire time, telling me exactly what my options were and how much it would cost. They were able to do the repair for me for around $250. It was a huge relief to have the problem fixed and to not spend a ton of money. I’ll definitely take my vehicles there in the future!

The owner, Mr. Wathan came out and talked with me. He explained very clearly what was done and what I should watch for in the future with my aging car. They were very reasonably priced, and I will definitely be returning the next time I need work done on my car. I highly recommend Wathan Auto Repair.
