If could give a -⭐ or zero, I would. First of all, I came this place for a simple check on my wheel (which turns out, only needed air). Since I opened and stepped inside, people keep been dismissive and not wanting to help me or acknowledge me. After a few 2-3 mins, I ask (respectfully and kindly if can someone check my light on my car & wheel, me not knowing about anything of cars I came for help) After, a man very monotonically ask me what, where, he dismissively send me to outside (-6, this Saturday Jan 26th) wait inside my car to see "IF" someone will be available and then will open the doors to let me in. The place was not pack, plenty of seat inside which I could wait, didn't mind if I had too but send me outside... Jeez Then when (oblivious me) I did, for about 7 mins, I saw another

I have been a customer at Waukegan tire for over 10 years. The customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. The waiting area is always clean, even the bathroom and they complete your service timely fashion. I will definitely recommend and will continue to use their service.

It pains me to write this because I actually love Waukegan Tire. I was experiencing pulling and shaking when braking, and I got the brakes done at this shop about two months ago. When I brought the car back they took apart the brakes just to tell me I needed new brake calipers… when the reality was when I took it to Mitsubishi for a second opinion, it needed new rotors because they were warped. What I can’t understand is why couldn’t they just tell me my rotors were warped? On top of that, they quoted me $1,670 JUST for brake calipers. I’m so glad I got a second opinion, and I can’t understand why they couldn’t be more transparent about what was going on.
