Wave Car Wash

Went through today with my wife's Hyundai Palisades. (2024) we get through 90% of the car wash, kids entertained by the lights and soap. We get to the end and the spinning wheel goes to the top of my suv making a weird thumping noise. I pull over and inspect. My front roof rack has been completely removed. I drive around back to the entrance and talk with the young employee. "Ummm your machine tore my roof rack off" he walks down to retrieve it. Comes back stating that it happens to a lot of Hyundais. Soooo you dont tell your customers before entering ? Not to mention the rear hatch was still dirty. Horrible car wash and service. Find a better one. Never to return again.

My car started shaking every time I hit the gas, so I had to pull in here last minute. I didn’t get the guy’s name, but he was awesome. He topped off my coolant, checked things out, and gave me solid advice on what to tell my mechanic. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Really helped me out when I was stressing. Thanks man — you’re the best!

Today was my first visit to this car wash I was on my way to Philadelphia to do some Rideshare and I needed a Quick Car Wash and it was by coincidence I found myself here. The young lady who assisted me was very polite and walk me through the process of their automated car wash. And the vacuums are free that was a huge Plus for me because doing Rideshare I get a lot of foot debris on the floor and in the seats. Normally it's $6 or more just to vacuum my car so that was an extreme Plus. I highly recommend if you are in the area and need to wash to stop by

Don't use this car wash - after going through car wash some slimy film, sludge or whatever was left on my vehicle. I don't know what was spilled on my car! No manager was onsite to assist. Several cars/people were affected. Employees could not reach owner and thus far I haven't heard from anyone. **As a follow-up, what actually spilled all over my car was hydraulic oil. The owner of this car wash did not reach out to me until about two weeks after the incident occurred on 1/25/24. His manager at that time was too young and inexperienced on how to handle problems. The manager wasn't giving me viable solutions to remedy getting the hydraulic oil off my car. I requested that they pay for me to take my car to someone I trusted to completely detail the exterior of my car - they denied my reque

Got my oil changed there. The staff was friendly. Zaire is amazing then let me know with oil change, car wash was free. Could give 1000 stars if I could.
