Joe was exceptional. He arrived a little late due to running over on a earlier assignment, but notified me that he'd be running a little behind before hand so I appreciate that. As for the detailing - outstanding! My SUV hasn't looked this good since I bought the vehicle. In fact, it might be in even better condition now! I found Joe to be friendly, professional, and highly detailed with his cleaning process. He even got out a stubborn, dried up stain in the back trunk area that I couldn't get on my own.
