So grateful Wayne's got our 23 year old 4Runner back in shape! When you go to Wayne's you are welcomed by wonderful Tracee, your car is diagnosed and repaired promptly, and price is fair!

I have been using Wayne's automotive for at least a decade. From tires and oil change to complicated computer board, water pump and heater core repair. Andro, the service manager, all the guys and Tracy always impress me. I go there because I can trust them to give me honest advice and a fair price. As a single woman living paycheck to paycheck, I need that security. I have had several issues with other shops creating more problems than they are fixing...but that is all in the past! Fantastic customer service. The staff were professional and personable. The tech was not able to diagnose the sound at first but validated my concerns and after talking through the symptoms they were able to identify the cause.

I wish to thank Wayne's Automotive for their excellent service on my 2002 Ford F250. They let me take two failed batteries back to Costco under warranty and reinstalled them for me. I'll be back.

Recommended to give this place a shot so I went in for a quick alignment and smog check. Of course it comes back as a $3k repair that's gotta be done right away. Maybe it is due time these parts need to be replaced, but 300% markup on just the parts is criminal. I pay for quality but at some point im just being taken advantage of. A ball joint for $150 each is wild
