Wayne's Towing Recovery & Transport

I went to recover some stuff from my son's car after an accident and was told I wasn't allowed to take the system from the car cause of the risk of fire but instead had to be towed off the property when my wife and I agreed that they could have the car and would give them the car and pay the fee. The one guy who was in the office was very unprofessional and rude. If he had just explained with a better attitude I would have been good but I'm not. If it were my choice I wouldn't recommend this company to tow another car.

I had an outstanding experience with Wayne’s Tow of Augusta. The dispatcher answered the phone immediately and was extremely professional and friendly. She provided a clear estimated time of arrival for the technician, Tony. Tony arrived calm, composed, and ready to help. My camper trailer had come off the ball hitch and I ended up dragging it on the jack on an I-20 ramp, an incredibly stressful situation. Tony quickly identified the issue and handled everything with ease and confidence. I was very impressed and genuinely grateful for his professionalism and steady demeanor. I highly recommend Wayne’s Tow, and if you’re lucky enough to get Tony, make sure to give him a good tip. He’s a good man and truly exceptional at what he does.

I had the most incredible experience working with Wayne's towing. Amy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care stood out immediately. She went far beyond what was expected, helping me in ways I truly did not anticipate, and she did so with warmth and grace the entire time. My granddaughter had a tire blowout & was stranded on the side of the road. I called Wayne's at the recommendation of our car service center. Their driver got there in about 15 min and was able to put her spare "donut" tire on. She said he was extremely nice and polite and made her feel safe. The price was reasonable so we are pleased overall and would use them again.

Not trust worthy. Last year they damaged my truck. When I called they said they had pictures and to send pictures of the damage. I did and asked them for the pictures they had. Well next was a surprise, i was told the guy who had the pictures quit and took the pictures. What a coincidence! They took no responsibility. I thought they would have insurance for damage they may cause but apparently not. Take your own pictures because theirs will disappear.
