Wayne's Transmissions

Wayne shot straight with me. He got to work on my car right away. He had been referred to me from a friend that had used him before. He was a huge help getting my car up and running again. I would refer him and use him again.

When I started having car trouble, I found another 5 star reviewed shop in the area. I went there and was charged about $179 for a diagnostic. My hunch was the transmission was failing and I was right. But this other shop gave me a huge list of other things I need to have done, including changing my tires (I didn’t need to). They wanted more than $5k to do all. I heard about Wayne and decided to get a second opinion. He looked at it, and told me that yes it’s the transmission and one other small thing that the other shop didn’t catch. But I don’t need to fix anything else. He charged me half what the other shop wanted for just the transmission work. And he’s such a nice guy. If ever I trusted a mechanic these days it’s Wayne.

If I could give 100 stars, I would, for sure. I'm 78, and I don't know when I've ever in my life met a more conscientious, personally CARING, responsible, diligent, THOROUGH business owner/technician. Wayne makes it clear that he not only really knows what he's doing, but maybe more importantly that he will be personally responsible for everything he ever touches on your car - EVEN, as in my case, some things that are well beyond warranty and that he did not cause in any way and really shouldn't have to be responsible for at all. SERVICE over and above the call, and way beyond what almost anyone would do. Generosity that you don't see very often, anywhere in life. Wayne charged me only for the routine transmission servicing I needed, and ZERO for the several hours of other work he did for

I've had Wayne's transmission work on my car twice both times it was a great experience.I would suggest going to wayne's transmission to anybody who wants a great job done
