Had my Transit van hitch wired. My appointment was done in a timely manner, and ‘HB’ and the installer, ‘Eric’, explained his work and showed me how they were able to neatly do the installation and the location of the fuse. The business is clean, orderly, and friendly. This was my first time as a customer, but I will definitely consider using Waypoint again.

Waypoint installed bed liner and a hard cover on our lightning. They finished it early and had great customer experience from start to finish. I hope I don't need to use it, but am also glad to know I have their warranty on the work. Overall I was impressed with Waypoint and highly recommend them.

Waypoint ordered and installed air bags and a compressor on my F350 Superduty. The entire process was great, from the initial conversations through notifications and scheduling. The guys were on it. An unexpected but appreciated bonus was that they provided me a loaner vehicle while my truck was in the shop for install. Great service and attention to detail.

I saw this place had a 4.9 rating so I had a tonneau cover installed there ion very short notice same day. After sitting in there showroom waiting on the installation, I don’t know why their rating isn’t 5.0. Best customer service I think I have ever seen. They treat everyone with respect and have a positive, helpful and professional staff. If I have anything truck needs, I’m going here.

Waypoint came highly recommended to me by a guy that came in to my place of work. I have been wanting to get my truck leveled, and he had the same truck already leveled at waypoint. I loved the way it looked, and his recommendation helped me decide where to get it done. I did the leveling kit on my last truck, but I have less time today than in 06. Their labor cost was very reasonable. The customer service there is excellent. The work was done quick and professionally. I highly recommend them for your truck and offload needs.
