Last year Haley and her colleagues really delivered great service. They worked well with my insurance and advocated as best they could. Sadly the car was totaled but they got me in a comparable rental car and helped me get all my stuff out of the car, including cameras and self-installed electronics. It was a bummer to have the car totaled but the team here was kind and caring at every step. Haley especially. Thank you!

It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes things don’t go quite as planned and you have to bring a concern to management. In many cases, companies just brush you off and leave you frustrated. That wasn’t the case here. I shared my issue with the management at Wayzata Collision, and the manager personally reached out and made things right. It’s really nice to know that this company stands behind their work and values their customers. I’ll definitely be returning to Wayzata Collision for any future repairs.

This place is fantastic! I had a long, very noticeable scratch on the right side of my car, and everywhere else I went quoted me outrageous prices—$1,500 and up. Then I came here and was helped by Jason, who was nothing short of amazing. Not only did he completely fix the scratch I came in for, but he also touched up every other minor scratch on my car. And mind you, he did this all for no cost. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. Jason has an incredible spirit—you can tell he truly loves what he does. I left feeling so grateful and beyond satisfied with the results. Whatever your situation may be, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Jason. You’ll drive away with your car looking great and a smile on your face!

I unfortunately hit a cement post with my 2-month old car, but knew I could trust this group to make it like new (since it is new!!!) Tyler was incredibly responsive and personable, and pricing was fair and reasonable. They were very available to get it done, and it was done quickly. I truly hope to never have to go back, but if I do, I will absolutely choose Wayzata collision repair every time. Thank you!
