I had a very disappointing experience with Webb’s Towing. Per their policy, I called one hour before arrival to confirm the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was told multiple times that it was released and ready. However, when the tow truck driver arrived, the front desk employee refused to speak with him and claimed no prior call had been made. When I called back to resolve the issue, the employee began yelling, would not allow me to explain the situation, used profanity toward me, and hung up the phone. This level of unprofessionalism and hostility toward customers is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this matter seriously.

Today on my way to work and Old Goldie my 1999 Saturn lost power and I was stranded on the side of the road and Webb's Towing was really quick and professional.

Best tow service ever, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Called the tow company and this very caring and compassionate driver came right out and towed my car that was not drivable. I believe his name was Norman? Tall, bearded handsome fellow. I can't thank him enough. This gentlemen was so professional, efficient and handled my car with care. They really went above and beyond to provide the very best service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Norman and Webb towing.
