Weber Chevrolet Granite City Service

On Jan 13 I took my equinox in for oil change and tire rotation also wanted the compass fixed. After about 2 and a half hours I checked on status. Rick file said they had found the problem with the compass and that the part needed to be ordered. I think it's a telematic control module. Rick File said he would call me when it came in. It is now Jan 23 2026 and I have not heard from Weber. How do I get in touch with the service manager. This is the second survey I have filled out.

Had recurring issues with my car and was charged for two separate diagnostics. For the life of you—if you do not have any experience with cars, don’t go giving them ideas of what you THINK could be the issue. Let them actually do their job and figure it out, because that’s what you’re paying them for. I thought it had something to do with my compressor since it was blowing hot air. They told me I needed a new compressor, and I asked them if they were sure I didn’t just need refrigerant. They told me it was full of refrigerant and insisted I needed a new compressor. I got quoted a cheaper price elsewhere and got the compressor replaced; however, the compressor was empty of refrigerant (remember, I asked). Quick and courteous, Weber sends service reminders and fixes any problems with my Tahoe. I would definitely recommend them for any and all sercice issues.

I am sad to say no one ever called me back regarding the oil change and other engine services I had done over $300. I have questions no one could answer and it seem no one cared. I was told by the cashier Bob would call me the next day, never received a call. I see the generic reply. Still need a call back.
