Weber Tire Company

Blew both tires on the passager side of my truck. Had it towed to Weber Tire. Was greeted by an employee right away & discussed my options on tires & the prices. The ones I chose had to be ordered & there 2 days later. I appreciate how helpful & curtious they all were.

TL;DR: Weber made a mistake and overcharged us in an irreversible way, but have made a legitimate good-faith effort to make it right, which I appreciate. ______________________ Back in November 2024, I went to Weber to replace two tires. (We only had ~10k miles on the other two, so we didn't need to replace those.) Long story short: Randy made a mistake (force of habit) and gave us FOUR new tires...and I didn't realize until I got home and actually read the receipt that we had been charged for four tires, not two. By the time I drove back the next day, our old (but...not old) tires had already been sent for recycling, so Weber couldn't simply give us back our old tires and refund us. Finally found a tire shop in Fairfax that actually feels honest. The prices were fair, the staff was friendly and professional, and everything was handled quickly without any hassle. Easy place to get to and the whole experience was smooth. Definitely one of the better tire places around here.

Excellent service! I went to Weber Tire Company after another shop told me that they would take care of a nail in one of my tires in one hour and a half!! I got to Weber and my car was immediately taken care of. Also, I was able to comfortably from work there while my car was getting worked on. They have desks and outlets for working on a laptop and also drinks! This WTC wss absolutely above and beyond! I highly recommend them.

We were referred to Weber Tires by a friend who couldn’t say enough good things about them, and she was absolutely right! We came in after getting a flat tire, and the team was quick, friendly, and very professional. They patched the tire efficiently, put the spare back under the car, and even pulled the car up to the front door for us. Such great service! We’ll definitely be returning!
