They send you an email with the value of your vehicle with an asterisk. When you get there they go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. We had a one owner, clear car fax vehicle, completely working and maintained, with less than 100,000 miles, with some pretty minor cosmetic issues, and their original offer was half of the emailed one. We were leaving without selling and suddenly they found that they could pay the email offer. Suddenly finding the money as we were leaving tainted the experience in my opinion and left me with a poor feeling about the company.
