He has excellent customer service skills and was very professional. The entire process was quick and easy. He handled all the paperwork and explained the process each time. The quote was a bit less than what was given online but he explained it was a bit lower due to cosmetic reasons/wear and tear on the exterior which I understood since it is an older vehicle (Honda Civic 2013). He also explained the quote online is based on your car being in excellent condition. The whole process took about 45 minutes and got a check with no issues. I would highly recommend this company.
