Tom was professional in every way. Understandably he was detailed in the evaluation of the car and it was clear he was qualified. He explained every step, all the while being courteous and patient with us. Upon completion of the evaluation, Tom gave us a fair price. The completion process was smooth and being able to walk out of Tom’s office with a check was great!
