Fantastic customer service.Went in at 1 pm for a wheel alighnment and was told to be back around 5 pm that day to pick up. Within an hour and half the mechanic norm was calling me explaining my situation and telling me i could come over now the vehicle was ready. Very honest and reputable shop and rob at customer service was exceptional as well.Would highly recommend weco tire and auto.

Myself and my family have all trusted Weco through multiple cars for over 20 years. I've had some complex issues with an older vehicle over the years and they always go above and beyond. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

The employees went above and beyond when our truck’s fan belt came off while we were traveling from Ohio. We needed a tow and the belt replaced and it was around 2:30 and they were closing at 5:00. They were more than accommodating, reasonably priced, and we were back on the road a short time later. We can’t thank them enough!

I do like that the guys here are very helpful and polite and seem honest. I came here for 4 new tires a few months ago. Upon leaving and getting on the thru way my car was shaking pretty violently. I had to bring it right back and wait for the tires to be balanced (I assume) again properly. It was a bit of an inconvenience to spend more of my day than expected to have to go back but they fixed it right away and my tires were just fine after that. This place is conveniently located to me with good prices and honest guys so I plan to come for all my future car needs so long as I don't experience something like that again.

These guys are the best. They have serviced Betsy, my 93 Chevy S-10 pick up for 11 yrs and kept her running beautifully. Most importantly I've never felt overcharged or talked into extra services I didn't need. Quality service and fair prices. 👍👍
