Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. I came in to fix a relatively minor EVAP issue on my Ford edge, and I ended up with a bill of over $650. More than $365 was charged for a single EVAP vapor line, which I later discovered can be purchased for much less from Ford or major auto parts suppliers. I was not given clear options, nor was I informed that cheaper alternatives were available. The pricing was presented as if it were normal, which feels opportunistic, especially when customers rely on a mechanic’s honesty and expertise. After comparing this repair with other reputable shops, it became clear that the pricing here is significantly higher than average, particularly for parts, not labor. I do not recommend this shop. I bought a 2007 toyota solara SLE from my neighbor 5 months ago. The car only had 47k. It needed TPMS sensors replaced, I think the pricing was reasonable with oil change. I took it again for milage oil change again this month. Once again reasonable, they are up front with you & if you car or truck needs something they will definitely tell you. So far so good.
