This is now Wellsboro Automotive. I am a loyal customer and this business is taking excellent service up another notch with this expansion. Bigger facility, more of everything great from their existing service. Besides repairs, also bought a new set of tires. In this new building, Wellsboro Automotive is set to be the tire center that everyone needs.

Friendly people got me in and out in a reasonable time would go there again.

I went here to get my car aligned and was told the machine doesn’t work multiple times, every time to go here the man in the office is rude and disrespectful and also acts like he’d rather be on the phone then helping a customer I also have to walk around by the air conditioning unit and stand where I have hot air blowing right into my face while talking because he refuses to unlock the front door so every customer has to walk to the same spot. The customer service here is not good by any means I will not be returning until the rude man in the office is no longer there.

The best place to get tires and service todd is the greastest. Does all the work by his self not easy to do.

There is noone I trust more with my vehicle than Todd. He has taken wonderful care of my car for years. I have always trusted his judgement and he has never disappointed me. Bastian is the place to go for honest and skilled repairs and installation.
