Grateful for the new management here at Wenpo ! They solved an infuriating problem that wasn’t their fault. They stood on business and went above and beyond by going to bat for me against Polaris. They not only got the problem fixed, but they also came through with an awesome credit. I’m not gonna lie I had a multiple bad experiences here in the past and had to write them off..The former manager was difficult, rude and impatient. But the new manager Summer made sure that everything was right and definitely earned back my business.

Randy was awesome talk about a salvation army knife. He walks around solving problems with every stride while maintaining attention to my needs. He sourced a bike from me and to meet my cost requirement he picked it up a gratis which helped. Its been two weeks and he's responding immediately anytime I reach out. He also discounted gear for me which allowed me to avoid the internet and support real people not the sh&$ online. His staff as well has shown patience with me as I had been 30 years away from the game. Didnt laugh when I asked about gas petcock that turned out to be suspension setter.
