Both my key fob batteries on my truck failed at the same time. Parts department took care of the situation quickly and efficiently.

Y'all were able to properly diagnose my issue when another shop was unable to. My problem stemmed from having the hub installed improperly by yet another shop, which they have now fixed. I wouldn't have known the electrical issue I was experiencing was related to the botched hub install without the Wendle diagnosis. The only head scratcher for me was that the diagnoses didn't catch that the hub and sensor assemblies were new, and that I was quoted the fix as requiring all new parts and totalling nearly $1500 for a job that ultimately cost me less than $400. Every person was so sweet. I was actually on a call where it was being announced that I was being laid off! I was crying in the waiting room and then after I hung up I had a smile on my face and one of the guys walked up and said “I’m so glad to see you smile, it made me sad to see you cry”. You never know what is happening in someone’s life and that really made me feel special. Also the service was fast and I was able to get in quickly.

Was very impressed with the service at Wendle Nissan. Arrived early for my appointment and the service writer took our car right in. Spent about 3-4 min. with him. Was called about 45 min. later and was told the car was finished. They washed the car before we picked it up. The service we recieved today was typical of the Nissan crew. Everything was explained to us and we left with no questions. Thank you Wendle Nissan for great service.

No waiting time for my appointment and were willing to do a tire rotation. I was kept informed with what was needed with my car. New filter and back brakes. Although It was more money than expected I had it done. Very kind staff and helpful.
