Werner Mazda Auto Parts

I ordered a part on 9/17/2025. Today is 10/03/2025 and I don’t have my part, a tracking number or any updates! I sent over 6 messages and they never responded. I would NOT recommend this place.

I went to buy a part and the parts manager was rude he said he didn't have time it was Friday March 28, 2025 @ 2pm he asked me to leave I can only describe him he did not have a badge. Blue eyes over weight in his 40. One of the front desk was looking and listening I'm 59 years and all I wanted was to purchase a part for a 1993 Mazda

Fantastic service and great prices! I was looking around for some OEM Miata parts and was able to get the best deal at Werner Mazda. Not only did they have what I needed but also called after placing the order to confirm that the delivery time wasn’t an issue. Very pleased with my experience!

So I ordered the part I needed, and they “corrected” my order with a cheaper part that they “thought” was the correct part. I waited a week for the part (unable to drive my car), the part arrives, I tear it all down and realize that they deliberately sent me the part they “thought” was correct and not the one I ordered!!! How is one supposed to combat this level of incompetence? This wasn’t even a mistake on their end, they deliberately changed my order. DO BETTER!
