Werner has taken excellent care of this 2011 GLK 350 for 3 years. I had a “check engine” light with no obvious symptoms. They took extra time to test drive and found both brake and suspension repairs needed. I live out of state and this is my daughter’s transportation. So needless to say I appreciate their knowledge of this make and model and their high quality repair work.

Great experience as always. Needed my battery replaced and they got me in the next morning extremely last minute. I’ve been taking my Mercedes here since I first bought it about 4 years ago and they really take care of their customers. Tyler is amazing as are all the technicians. Never have to worry about having “unneeded” repairs or extra charges and they’re very detailed in explaining exactly why you need each service. No where else I’ll ever go to have my car serviced.
