This was the best mechanic around, but after management changes its gone way down hill. First, look at your bill he charges you for things that he didnt even do. Even if he cant fix your car hes still going to charge you as much as he possibly can. Jay would never have done that. He never did do that. Why would you charge a good customer a diagnosis fee when they now need to go buy a new car? Its not a good way to build up a customer base. Take care of your customers like that and they will bring all of their cars back to you, but treat them poorly and you will never see that money again.
