I called today and spoke to Asia at West Covina Jeep service department, to make an appointment. I asked are there any appointments available for this week? Asia said “yes” I said great can O make one please. Asia said “can I get the VIN number?” My response was “I don’t have the VIN handy because I am making this appointment for someone else.” Asia repeated “Can I have the VIN so I can pull up the information?” I stated AGAIN I don’t have the information available. Then, Asia said well I need it to pull up the account. I mentioned the appointment is for my girlfriend and she has never been to this dealer. I asked”can I just make an appointment and the information get collected once she arrives as they do at other Jeep dealers? Asia repeated “we need the VIN” I said so is this Jeep dealer
Poor. These people have no compassion at all. Total waste of time.
