We have a Tesla model X and my wife accidentally drove into the garage while the falcon door was open . I google around and found West Delray Collison being authorized Tesla repair shop which means they are certified by Tesla and only use new OEM parts received formTesla directly (not third party , not used ). When we got there it took about 10 minutes and someone was able to walk outside and take a look at our car. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and made sure we were aware of every step of the process . It took about 5 weeks and our car was ready which in that timeframe I was able to communicate with Tim , their main Tesla repair person and got the status updates from him via phone and email . I got into a fender- bender 2 months ago. An e-bike hit into me at a stop sign. I called Toyota 441 and they referred me to Freddie. Before calling I did read the reviews on Google- lots of great comments. I called up Freddie and he said I could drop off the car the next day. He was kind enough to also take me to the rental car place to pick up my rental. After back and forth with insurance and clearing up the details, they ordered original parts for my car and did the repair. It did take longer than I thought, which exceeded my rental time. Again... Freddie helped me out and got Kym to give me a car of theirs to drive until I got my car back. Kym was a gem! She understood my dilemma and really helped me out. So happy with the results of my car!!! It looks amazing, just how it was before getting in an accident. There is a before and after photo+video included. Took 6 1/2 weeks to finish repairs.
