West End Lincoln Service Center

Their work is excellent and done in a timely fashion. The customer service and follow up is very good. The only issue I have us scratches and dings on my car received from them through carelessness.

UPDATE: I received a call from the Service Mgr at West End Lincoln. He apologized for the delay and explained they ended up being a tech short that day..(which we all know happens in many areas.) Discussed it would have been good to communicate that. I appreciate such great follow-up and discussion...and wanting to always improve. From what I can tell now that day was not typical. Orig post: Scheduling was easy. I arrived 15 minutes early, got checked in..confirmed it showed I was waiting...it was just an oil change. It took 2 hours before it was complete. Heard many rumblings in waiting area that people wondered if they were forgotten. Reps didn't really seem to care. Heard them tell multiple people it's just the check-in time. They did wash my car..that was a nice touch. I h

The young man that greeted me as I pulled in, was very friendly and patient because I was on a phone call. It was very quick, easy and efficient to check in with my vehicle. It did not take long for the vehicle to be assessed and what was a pleasant surprise was receiving the video.

First time I’ve ever brought a car in for service and they far exceeded my expectations. Very nice, very fast, and very good work! My car runs like brand new. Thanks Zach, Rose, and the one other person who helped me.

They came to my house for a remote service appointment to replace a recalled part. It was able to be done remotely because it did not have to go up on a lift. Super great service and I received a fantastic summary video at the end of the appointment. I feel very confident about my repairs. My husband was home for the visit, said that the technician was exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend
