West End Tire & Service

I don't leave too many reviews but when I consistently leave an establishment with my expectations exceeded, I feel I should recognize that. I have been taking my car here since moving here from Philadelphia, now my wife and I both use this shop exclusively. The work is always exemplary, timely and reasonably priced but honestly Dave is the reason we return time and time again. Excellent service and always shoots straight, a rare quality these days. You have our business generationally!

Purchased my last couple sets of tires and rotations at West End. Good group of guys working there. Never an issue with them or their work. Great to go to a place that takes care of their customers. People that complain about an up-charge with using cards, it's a convience for people that need the tires without the money. Pay cash if it bothers you. They shouldn't have to pay the extra charge each time a card is used. (Yes, I work retail)

I just moved to the area and my first experience with this shop was outstanding and I will continue to use them for all my auto needs. I've even taken my mother in-law's car there for tires.

Brought my car in for inspection and from start to finish, the gentlemen that work here, were lovely. I decided to wait for my vehicle and was quite comfortable sitting in the lobby and getting some work done. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for any future work.

I went here for the first time and could not have been more pleased with the experience. I stopped in and the tires I needed had to be ordered. That was Friday and they were mounted today. This is the first time I’ve ever had a tire shop explain to me the differences between the tires and why one would be better than the other. I will be a forever customer.
