Alexandria was very friendly and informative during the drop off process. The Shuttle service was a great help. The engine light issue was diagnosed quickly, the repair was done the same day and the video of the exam of the SUV was a surprise. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire West Herr service department. Thank you.

I scheduled a recall service, three weeks ahead of my appointment. I dropped it off the night before. They called me in the morning that they were going to start on my car. I got a call at 2:00 pm that they never fixed my car and in-fact didn’t even have the part! I waited all day! I had to get another ride to go get my car (20 minutes drive). They told me they’d call me when they got the part… it’s been almost a week and no call. If they didn’t even have the part they should have canceled my appointment BEFORE I went in.. OR told me in the AM when they claimed they were starting the work , OR the night before when I gave them the key and they checked it in. Very frustrating!

West Herr Hyundai is always a great experience. I bought my Palisade there in 2022, which was a stress free experience. I have gotten all of my servicing done there ever since too. Servicing is reasonably priced, they don't push up selling or unneeded services, and the staff is fantastic. Victoria, the service counter employee, in particular is awesome. Always kind, polite, knowledgeable, and will say she's not sure then find the answer if she doesn't something off hand... which might not sound important but that's very refreshing and makes me so happy, and I know that what I'm told is accurate. I don't stress taking my SUV here because I know I'll be taken care of.

Alexandria as amazing! Kept me informed and was able to complete a recall that I hadn't even been notified about yet so I wouldn't have to make another appointment to come back. I will Always recommend West Herr and this Hyundai location!
