Her full attention was on meeting my needs and making sure everything was set with my car on the day of service and explained the follow-up I need to do. Brought my SUV in for an inspection and oil change. Briana was attentive, friendly and explained everything for me. When an issue was found, she was able to find a time and day that was immediate but yet worked for my schedule. The process from drop off, review of the work through picking up was quick and easy. It made having my vehicle serviced stress free.

Great service! Brianna was very helpful and was able to get a mechanic to work on my car right away, which I really appreciated. In the past, I went to Northtown Volkswagen nearby and had a terrible experience: poor service and felt like I was being taken advantage of. The entire staff is awesome and keeps open communication throughout your service. Lisa, Bri and Joe are all so friendly and it’s a fun visit every time I’m in. Their waiting room is comfortable and everyone that walks by has a friendly “hello” My mechanic, Ed is thorough, and treats my car like he would his own. He recently found a bad patch job (from a different garage) in one of my tires that could have been extremely dangerous. This is the main car we use for driving around our kids so I appreciate the extra mile they all go to ensuring my family’s safety.
