This kid is only 19, but don’t let the age fool you, he’s sharp, charming, and knows his stuff better than people twice his age. He got us into a CX-70 at the price that worked perfectly for everyone involved, and he made the whole process smooth, straightforward, and, dare I say, enjoyable. No pressure, no nonsense, just great service from someone who genuinely cares. I took my 2024 CX-90 in for a scheduled 8:15 Saturday morning appt. Upon arrival there was 1 person working. I reiterated the issue and Vincent eventually took my vehicle in. 5 hours later I picked the vehicle up only to discover the issue had not only not be addressed, it had not been detected by the technician and my vehicles status report stated "passed". 4 miles down the road I experienced the same issue that I went in with. Flash forward 3 weeks and very scary drive up north and back, because surely if my vehicle "passed" it was safe to drive, I discover there was a MAJOR recall on this vehicle because of this very issue. I made 2 phone calls, one to the Service Manager, Nick, and 1 to the General Manager, Clay, to discuss this issue. I then waited 5 and 3.5 days for return phone

Had a great experience with my car salesman Trey at West Hills Mazda! He was very pleasant and quick to get the answers I needed. The way the staff keeps conversation going helps this time consuming process much easier. Very welcoming and efficient experience all together. Manager Shon was also extremely helpful and straight forward. Everyone was able to take the time to answer all of my questions and made me confident with my decision.
