West Point Auto Works is where I have gone for years. Jesse, Rob and Mark are always professional and straightforward. If you have an issue that needs addressing like a flat tire or something on the lines of taking a look at the vehicle quickly they will typically just take a look and see what the issue is right then and there. It’s very rare that they will turn you away. It is unfortunate that they are an extremely busy small business and cannot always accommodate to the customer right then and there. The schedule fills up rather quickly and limits them with walk ins, which happens at other shops as well. I tend to prefer local/small businesses to big corporate chain stores for many reasons. This place certainly delivers all the reasons. I had a leaking tire that needed to be repaired. It was quick and easy. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. I felt the sense of honesty and hard working. I am feeling comfortable taking my car there for any future works. Thanks!

Incredible service and support from the shop. I brought them my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to them for a lift overhail including installation of 8 adjustable control arms, ball joints, tie rod and steering stabilizer work. They also did a wheel alignment, oil change and tire rotation. Leading up to the work they gave me great advice, kept me informed of progress and delivered on time and budget which was reasonable. Those that have lifted jeeps know its not always easy to dial it in correctly but these guys nailed it - drives straight and smooth. Highly recommend West Point Auto Works.

Had wheels done last time for our Demon, they were brand new, not a single mark on them after getting mount balance on them, was done by a younger guy there, not Rob, the owner. This time? 2 lightly used wheels, some road nicks here and there, same vehicle, destroyed by their tire machine. Rob is super nice but should leave tire changing to someone else, he doesn’t have an eye for detail and now not only am I out 100 bucks for the job they did, but I’m going to have to pay to have them restored. I’d get it if it were off of a 95 cavalier, but this is a 100k car man, come on. Super disappointed. Definitely won’t ever be back, and will tell all of my friends to avoid.

I have been using WPAW exclusively over the last few years for annual inspections, oil changes and other vehicle maintenance/repairs. It’s a blessing to have a skilled, professional and reasonably priced auto repair business, essentially, in our “back yard.” Highly recommend WPAW to anyone and everyone in the Greensburg/Latrobe area.
