My husband and I were treated so well by Amy & John at West Side Automotive. What was a very stressful situation was made better by their kindness and genuine desire to help us find a hotel and rental car, since our truck broke down about 800 miles from home. They just could not have been more supportive. Thank you for your midwestern hospitality!

John has helped me tremendously with my car troubles. I would not recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else in Dubuque. This place is honest, knowledgeable and efficient.

John was so nice and helped my boyfriend figure everything he needed out and was the cheapest we could find! The receptionist was extremely rude and is every time we have ever been there. Twice we decided to avoid going to them because she had answered the phone and this last time john happened to answer and sold us!

We've been taking our vehicles here ever since we moved to Dubuque 7 years ago. Never had a problem. They're honest and do good work. Everything you want in a mechanic shop. I recommend them to everyone.
