West Suburban Auto Body Shop

I've been meaning to write a glowing review of this auto body shop for a while. I had to get my passenger side mirror replaced back in December and was concerned how much time it would take. Will assessed the damage quickly, ordered the replacement part, and my vehicle was fixed less than 24 hours later! Love the prompt, friendly, and honest service. These guys are awesome!

This is the second time I’ve used West Suburban for Auto Body repair, and I will not take my cars anywhere else! John, Will, and Lynn are outstanding! I’ve lived in this area my entire life and have never had such great customer service and communication by ANY repair shop. You are always greeted with smile when you walk in, and immediately Will or John asks how they can help you, what your repair issue is etc… Each and every time you talk to them, it is very apparent how greatly they value their customers. I’ve taken my cars to many of the familiar shops in the area, only to be disappointed by those experiences. Will, John, and their employees are the real deal! They literally do what they say they are going to do after giving the estimate. They call when they say they will, are happy

Nothing but the best work and customer service from this place! I took my beloved Honda S2000 here for a full car respray and minor body damage a few years back. I have been a returning customer ever since! Ive even had custom paint work done here and it came out beautifully! I would recommend this high quality shop to anyone!

Had to throw in some before and after pictures so you can see the amazing work this place does. West Suburban Auto shop did an amazing job! I left this place feeling happy and confident. Everybody who works there was very kind! Out of a couple places I went to for estimates, I knew I had to choose them. I would definitely recommend this place. Went here for an estimate for my daughter old car from someone hitting her car without insurance. This business was very friendly and even asked if she was ok from the accident! You don’t find businesses that care that much to even ask. Was there a day before Thanksgiving and they were certainly in the spirit of giving. I felt all genuine vibes while in there that short period of time. May God continue to bless their business 🙏🏽♥️
