Absolutely fantastic experience at West Tire and Auto! They took care of my brakes and rotors quickly and professionally, and the pricing was more than fair. The staff is super knowledgeable, kind, and honest—the kind of place that actually takes the time to explain things without talking down to you. On top of that, they worked me into their schedule so I wouldn’t miss my hair appointment… because let’s be real, that’s non-negotiable 💁‍♀️😂 Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I brought by car in for a wheel alignment and left knowing I found the right place to bring my vehicles. The alignment for my car was unique because it is older, but they knew what to do and it now drives beautifully. The mechanic has an abundance of knowledge with these older cars! Price was excellent.

Very pleased with the service we received from them. I spoke with Ryan on the phone to get help with my stepson's car as well live 700+ miles away. He was extremely helpful and honest with everything that we needed to do to his car. Would recommend this place to anyone. Took my 2001 Mustang Bullitt for a tune up. Fantastic. Nice guys,,very honest,and tech was sharp and the price was extremely reasonable. I recommend these fellows with no reservations. You will never be ripped off here
