Samier was the best. Could not have been nicer, quick, and efficient. I cannot express how grateful I am that he came to my rescue. He dropped my 90yo mom at her house then bought me to where I asked to go. They weren't open, so took me to the AAA shop. Thank you so much for all your help and being such a nice and pleasant guy. You deserve heart felt praise for all your help. Samier is absolutely amazing.

I would recommend this company to others and use their services going forward. The technician (Andrew) was kind, professional, and personable. I had a dead battery and with a little determination, he was able to get my car started quickly. Again, would absolutely use their services again!

During the process, I was initially told by dispatch that the driver did not have my key and that there was nothing further they could do. Later, it was confirmed that the key was in the driver’s possession and it was returned. Although I appreciate that the key was eventually brought back, the communication from dispatch was dismissive and unprofessional. I use Westside towing yesterday for a flat tire at almost midnight, I just wanted to say the driver Andrew that came out and helped me was absolutely wonderful. Super fast, made me feel comfortable especially at that time of night in an area I do not live. Really appreciate the customer service thank you.
