Dean provided unbelievable service and made an incredibly stressful situation so much better. He might be my guardian angel! I was driving into the city with some friends, all young moms, on Friday evening of President's Day weekend when my alternator gave out along the highway in New Jersey, just minutes outside the Holland Tunnel. While waiting for the tow truck, I tried calling West Village Auto Repair to leave a message about whether they would be able to work on my car over the weekend. Dean called back and planned to meet us at the shop. After taking in my car, he even offered to drive us to our hotel! The next morning I had a message from Dean that he had ordered the part and could get the work done, including a very fair quote for the price. He suggested I pick up the car on Monday

Fantastic service, honest people, professional, kind!!! Sometimes all New York City factors (especially car related) conspire to give you the worst day ever. And sometimes, only a true New Yorker has the power to turn it around. I called Dean (the owner I think?) after getting a ticket this morning for an expired inspection sticker, I wanted to get it done today because I was worried about getting more tickets but when he said he had appointments for next week I explained my situation and said it’s ok I would figure it out, wow, he told me it was not ok, he did not want me to get more tickets and he had me come right away to get my inspection done. Unbelievable service from the team at West VIllage Auto Repair. I called in the morning and they were able to see me later in the afternoon. The guys came out and handled everything professionally and didn't even charge me for the small issue I was having with my Range Rover. HIGHLY recommend and will be coming back soon.

I called for a car inspection because it’s expired and got a ticket right the next day. I call this Auto repair they said I need to make appointment and next availability is in 2 more days. I said I got a ticket see if they have something earlier since I have to be around with my car and do not want a second ticket, they understand and told me to come in the same day, they will accommodate me and will help me, that was so so nice of them. I was feeling so grateful for their consideration and treatment. In conclusion I can’t believe how amazing they are!

Great, quick service and incredibly friendly, truly kind people working here. I had already gotten tickets for my expired inspection and they were able to see me within hours of me calling. Super easy and painless, highly recommend!!
