If you need a trustworthy mechanic with good pricing look no further! As a single female I get so nervous about mechanic shops. Westend has always taken very good care of me and my cars. I had front end suspension issues. I was qouted 1300.00 to get fixed. Initially, I did not consider a alignment. Day before my appointment, I called to confirm to drop my car off. Also in this phone call, I asked if an alignment will be involved. I was told no. That's a separate appointment. I specifically said, you're working on my whole front end, isn't that important! Response was, a lot of that can be adjusted. Ok, I was worried a tire would fall of or IDK.... So I'm like ok, I need this fixed. It was fixed. $1,386.00 later but no alignment. I've spoken to one (home mechanic, but works for a towing co) spoken to another mechanic who has worked for his Dad since whenever, And, I called Lyles to get my alignment because, you.... West end Auto, suck! Lyles told me I got screwed

Took my granddaughters 2009 Nissan in to find a leak. They replaced radiator same day. Very friendly and professional. Will take my vehicles there again.

I would recommend to anyone. Jerry is very friendly and helpful. Very happy with service. Will definitely use again when I have car issues
