Excellent customer service, great pricing, and dependable repair work. Amy is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I needed to get brakes and rotors replaced. I called around and got 4 quotes. Western Auto had the best price by far. I also had them do an oil change & tire rotation. Since they had the tires off for the brake job, there was no charge for the rotation. Amy called with an update and said things were going well with the work being done and asked if I wanted to go ahead and get my vehicle inspected since it was due next month. I said sure! Just drove 1600 miles from San Antonio Texas to Yorktown Virginia. I needed an alignment really bad. They had me in the shop within the hour. Brandon even used his Uber app and got me an Uber. Extremely amazing customer service and thank you very much Western auto!
